We are not done…I jsut can’t get answers…I call once or twice a week…each time the conversation is pretty much the same..
“I see your problem”
“You are correct, we did find a problem but have not addressed it”
“There is a recod of your problem but no plans to address it”
and each conversation ends with a promise to figure out why there is no “next step” and “call me back by the end of the day”
The call never comes, the process repeats…
Today, the guy told me to jsut pretend it was fixe and if the basement floods again I should let him know…I told him that was unacceptable because I would still need to clean the basement of sewage once again..he said he would come clean it…not sure I believe him .. or would even want that….but it seems the only way to get attention is to actually have water in the basement…wonder if I can just poor some on the floor….
