The “Funding” Department

So, after my call with water and sewage dept., I called the funding dept.

quite frustrating..no paitence to type it out..basically there is a “housing dept” that determines the “funding” but the “maintence dept” does the work” unclear who decides the work should be done. And in the end, it turns out the “funding dept.” I was talking to wasn’t even actually the funding dept. There isn’t a “funding dept” the water dept had transfered me to the city customer service line….argh…now to call housing dept.
