Earth Day - Something Easy to do

Today is Earth day, a day where we all talk about cutting pollution, sustainability, eating organic, and so on. For most of us however, little actually gets done. The Kayam Farm promotes these values everyday and puts sustainability into action on the Organic Farm. In the past 2 years, the educational and operational farm has educated over 6000 youth on organic farming, healthy eating, and living in harmony with the earth instead of trying to manipulate and control it. The farm provides produce to its CSA members, the Pearlstone Retreat Center, and local shelters. May 3rd we are hosting a fundraising biking event to promote these concepts and to raise money so we can continue to pay salaries to the educators (educated themselves at TEVA) and operational costs.
